A quick hi and hello from me on this Tuesday from one busybee to another! Although Spring's been a somewhat capricious cat thus far, we've had some unusually glorious warm days to take advantage of recently. And you know me, I'll take any reason to take a good dress out for a spin! ;) You may or may not have read this recent post, in which I talked about being one of thredUP's 'Insta-Gals' for the month of March and having the pleasure of styling a few different pieces here on the blog, starting with the Zara pencil skirt. I've since also styled this rose print mini skirt, but today, the star of the show is this classic Talbots red midi shirtdress. I adore a good midi dress on the petite frame and love how the wide belt in this one adds structure to an already timeless silhouette. For a chic date night look, I went with some black moto faux-leather layering and accessories, including this Flat Iron box bag. It's one of those little bags that's compact yet holds everything you need, simple yet stylish beyond description and neutral yet pairs with every outfit you'll ever wear. Sold.
