Polka Dot Statement Coat

As I've discovered first hand lately, living in south San Francisco requires a strong hold on the layering game. Our friend Karl the fog is an expert seasonal confuser, and if you're prone to extra chills like me, it's never a bad idea to carry an extra layer or two! Hence, the ombre-polka-dot-dream-coat addition to the basic Cali girl uniform of a tee and cutoff denim shorts. Is it spring, is it summer.. it's Karl the fog. ;)
