Leaf Print Dress: Brooklyn Bridge, NYC

Anyone that loves Manhattan like I do will know that the best place to settle down for an official *all of the heart eyes* gush sesh is in fact well outside of Manhattan and across the Hudson river, in Brooklyn. As well known NYC enthusiasts, K and I headed straight to our favorite city soon after my graduation with the fam in tow, as a sort of last hurrah on the east coast. We had the best time per usual, but as first time Brooklyn AirBnB-ers, we were absolutely in love with the gorgeous views of the Manhattan skyline constantly available to us! Needless to stay, the after-dark, twinkly lights version of the view is my favorite, but this daytime view's a pretty hard one to beat by my leisurely stroll standards!

If there's a slight breeze in the forecast, you bet I'm angling to get in a twirly number like this green dream. The fabric moves absolutely beautifully, and the leafy print is such a refreshing change from (but equally delightful as) the lately omnipresent palm print! Add the lace panels and you couldn't find me a prettier sundress if you tried. :) Also in the mix- the perfect neutral bag from Oliver Bilou. I love the short handle for a summery ladylike feel, but it also comes with a longer strap that I've been wearing a ton during the week for errands, etc. Check out the discount code below for a discount on a great everyday bag option!

Thank you for reading and have a great weekend!
XO Sushmitha :)
