Polka Dot Midi Skirt

Another day, another blog post in a Fall wonderland! We were making the short drive to our favorite apple cider + doughnut joint, Mayer Brother's Cider Mill, just around Halloween, when we happened across this hidden golden patch of woodland that was as eerie as it was beautiful with not a single other soul in sight. With the spooky joke telling and scary stories recollecting that it inspired right after, it definitely got us in the spirit of Halloween! At the time, there were carved pumpkins on every porch and grey skies above, so I wore what I thought was a fitting outfit- dark grey knits paired with a polka dotted midi skirt in the perfect fall color palette, pumpkin orange included. Despite being petite, a good midi skirt will always be a personal favorite for how flattering it is. This one from Hutch Design has almost a vintage feel with the retro-inspired print, flares and pleats just the right amount and has pockets- what's not to LOVE?! Even though it is the perfect piece for this season, it's going to be no sweat at all to wear it all year round. :)

Thank you for reading and have a good week ahead!
