Happy first week of 2016! Day 5 of resolution keeping is going well, I presume? If your answer to that was a slow and unsure maaaaybe, then worry not, you have company in me! I like to think of shaky starts as part of the holiday season aftermath, just like a refrigerator stocked full of leftovers and pine needles scattered all over the house. A little work everyday is all it takes, no? :)

Speaking of work, if there's one thing I'm not willing to put any effort towards, now that all the holiday parties are over and our warm winter has finally turned into Buffalo's natural winter state of snow and slush, it's getting dressed. I wore this casual look a few weekends ago when it was still tolerably cold, but have since worn similar versions of the same outfit to and outside work, with extra layers on top. This olive cardigan is easily one of the coziest pieces of clothing I own, evidenced by the fact that I promptly put it on the very morning I received it and refused to take it off until I had to go to bed!
