Little White Eyelet Romper

Happy Friday! It's 50 degrees and most definitely fall here in the Northeast these days, but with big changes with huge botch-up potential (Read as: POTUS re-election and an impending haircut) in the air, I'm trying my hardest to stay stuck in summer and time. My talented photographer friend Jenn (check out her amazing work here!) and I spent a gorgeous summer evening by the Buffalo Outer Harbor a few weeks back and I've been revisiting our explorations through these pictures since. The outer harbor offers unexplored corners and unseen views every time I go, but this little grassy pathway that Jenn found leading up to the glimmering lake may be one of my favorites yet!

Say sun and sand and you may as well have said lace and romper to me. This little white romper made of eyelet lace is what beachy dreams are made of! The intricate criss-cross detail along the bodice, the peplum waist panel, the scalloped hemline, the backless tassel ties.. so much LOVE. I wore it with my favorite pom-pom sandals and an embroidered clutch with matching pom details (another handmade find from Discovered!), both items I can find ways to style endlessly. :)

Speaking of impending haircuts, tonight's the night I bid goodbye to all of this hair, you guys! I love how versatile my super long hair is, but it's gotten so heavy that I literally feel like I'm carrying bricks on my head these days. :| I'm off later today for a long overdue style and color refresh, so send any suggestions you have my way. :)

Thank you for reading and have a great weekend!
XO Sushmitha :)
