Sunshine and Clouds

Fellow cold weather bearer-s will relate when I say that weather metaphors are a way of life in the winter. It's of no surprise that it unknowingly seeps into the way I dress as well, seeing as I wore a combination of stormy grey and sunny yellow on a rainy day when the evening sun was just beginning to appear from it's cover of grey clouds.

I recently had the pleasure of discovering the nation wide sensation of a brand that is Lularoe after being invited to a pop-up shop at the lovely home of local Lularoe consultant Rebekah Endres. It was easy to see why the brand is so special- unique prints in comfortable, classic yet modern designs provided to the buyer directly via a network of sellers made of everyday women. Who wouldn't want to get behind that?! I featured this floral frock from the brand recently, and am now following it up with this lovely pleated grey one.. Dress so nice, I featured it twice! ;) I couldn't help but fall in love with this particular style called the 'Amelia'. As if the pleats, prints and pockets weren't enough, the dress is built of thick and warm fabric, reminding me of all the lust-worthy darling Modcloth dresses I've seen over the years, except at a much more affordable price. :)

Thank you for reading and have a wonderful week!
XO Sushmitha :)
