Two blog posts in one week… who am I?! 😅

It’s been a long time since I shared a good old outfit post, probably in close relation to the fact that it’s been a long time since I’ve enjoyed outfits as much I have been lately. Not working in a lab anymore means that I no longer stick by the jeans-and-sneakers-or-actually-whatever-works-since-I’m-wearing-a -lab-coat-anyways routine I’d grown used to. Add to that sunny Palo Alto instead of foggy SF and some of that corporate culture magic- I’m that over-enthusiastic person planning my outfits the previous night with unadulterated glee. My dresses have found sweet release, my shoes are finally justifying their previously undeserving closet space, and don’t even get me started on the mixing-and-matching strategy that’s currently in the works. Perhaps this sheen to the new professional lifestyle will wear off, perhaps it won’t… in any case, there’s hay to be made as long as the sun shines. ✨

This look has been a go-to lately, for work and play. The silkiest cami (available in tons of color!), the cutest leopard flats that will be in heavy rotation in the fall, a good pair of jeans… what else could a girl want?
