I'm watching SNL's 40th Anniversary as I write this, and all my motor skills are employed in the sole act of uncontrollably laughing, per usual! #morecowbell Ohh, Good ol' SNL! I hope you all had a good weekend and fellow east coasters amongst you spent not too long shoveling and snow blowing.. I'm honestly considering prepping for floods soon because the melting of these ginormous snowbanks (assuming that day will come!) is going to create a lot of water. Consider it a miracle then, that we found a decently bare spot to shoot these photos in today's post, in which I'm sharing one of my favorite ways to wear a staple in every girl's closet- the striped tee.

Stripes have been deemed a wardrobe staple for good reason- they're fun, versatile, and appropriate across all seasons. My styling motto for basic stripes is to add a single color, such as my red coat, and a single print, such as the classic leopard print, into the outfit.
