It's been a minute since I said hello around here, but I'm here with a cheery hi, how do you do and happy hump day! Those that know me (or Insta-know me ;)) will connect the dots in that the cheer comes from my being in California with Kushal for a bit. I figured the pre-graduation phase of spending 23.8 hours of the day on my computer writing endlessly (read as: write the possibly five part book series that is going to be my PhD thesis) and job hunting is better done with the sun and my husband in sight. Those of you that work from home or remotely in clement weather places have a new appreciation from me though, because this whole stay-put-and-be-productive-while-the-sun-shines-and-flowers-bloom-outside thing is a challenge to say the least!

K and I are trying to step outside often even if just to shoot some fun Spring looks, but this look in today's post is actually from my December trip for the holidays that I'm finally getting around to sharing. Staying in the North Bay means we're making the short drive into San Francisco frequently and we shot this post on one such day trip as we explored the pretty Cow Hollow neighborhood. We picked up coffees from Wrecking Ball Coffee Roasters (that wallpaper, though!) and wandered around Union Street, stopping to take pictures every time I spotted flowers, which was every two minutes. ;) We ended up at the famed Painted Ladies at Alamo Square later that afternoon and that's when I knew destiny/fate had a hand in my outfit choice, because overalls, park, cross-legged sitting.. you get the point.
