Coming at ya from that Friday workflow situation with some desk-to-drinks outfit inspiration that's hopefully going to come in handy in the next few months as the office holiday parties (Yes, it is that time of the year already!) become increasingly frequent!

My go-to formula for anything even semi-formal is a silky blouse + fitted bottoms. This emerald green silk blouse is a complete no-brainer for all sorts of holiday festivities, given how beautifully the surplice wrap drapes when tucked in or left un-tucked. It's versatile enough to pair with pencil skirts (doesn't bunch up if tucked into thin fabrics) and skinny jeans, but there are so many fun denim trends this season that I thought I'd give a few a whirl! Cropped, flared and frayed hem jeans are huge trends individually in denim right now, so imagine my delight with this high-waisted pair that combines all three of them.
