Winter Fierce: Leopard Faux-Fur Coat + Velvet Boots
/Hi hi, fam! Excited to share this post with you all because it's the product of a recent collaboration with two amazing local Buffalo creatives turned friends- photographer Ryan Kell and makeup artist Katie Mann. We met up on an average winter morning at Ryan's downtown studio with the intent of creating some uniquely cool images that would not only show off the retro-meets-street style vibes of my outfit, but also capture the hidden gems and industrial character of that part of the city. It must be the fact that I'm so close to moving away for good, but I'm appreciating things about this city that I never did before! With Katie's expert glam skills at hand and Ryan's eye for photo composition, I played muse against a range of backdrops and we ended up with this editorial-esque spread that I love! It's always fun to step out of my comfort zone and do something different, even more so if it involves working with fellow creative hustlers. :) I hope you enjoy the images and styling! I'd been on the lookout for that perfect faux-fur leopard print coat for a while now and this one checks all the boxes for a great price (<$50)!
